Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 30 day period. 

Personalised or made to order items we can only accept returns on genuine faults or damages.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. 

If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched. We may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Returns must be received in the original packaging. 

Please note that we charge 20% restock fee to non defective returns.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, not altered in any way, as well as including all original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and then we will issue the refund (it may take 2-3 working days)
