Plexico Return Policy

At Plexico, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

General Return Conditions:

  1. Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Item Condition:
    • All returned items must be in new condition with the protective film intact and all fixings included.
    • Items without the protective film are considered non-resalable and cannot be returned.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, you must include a valid UniqueDisplay dispatch confirmation email with your order reference number.
    • The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, except in the case of damaged items (see below for details).

International Returns:

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international returns are non-refundable.
  2. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any return duties or taxes associated with international returns.

Damaged Items:

  1. Notification: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Replacement Parts: We are happy to send replacement parts for damaged items.
  3. Return of Damaged Items:
    • If you prefer to return a damaged item instead of receiving replacement parts, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

We aim to process all returns within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
