Your items will be packed and shipped with the greatest care. If your items fail to arrive in good condition, you MUST advise us within 24 hours of receipt. Please email images of damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org who can arrange for replacements to be sent.
If the items you have ordered are not suitable for your requirements or are a different size / colour than you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us and must pay the costs of shipping for the return. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same resalable condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you.
It is vital that you obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us.
Personalised or made to order items we can only accept returns on genuine faults or damages.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty.
Please note that we charge 20% restock fee to non defective returns.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and then we will issue the refund (it may take 2-3 working days)
