Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the courier transit time only and does not prioritise production or dispatch.

Orders within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail and UPS, depending on parcel size and service availability.

3. European Shipping

European orders are shipped via UPS tracked services.

Typical transit time is approximately 3–5 working days once dispatched.

4. International Shipping

International orders are shipped using UPS tracked services.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days once dispatched, subject to customs clearance and local delivery networks.

PLEXICO LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, border control processes, or courier disruptions.

5. International Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

For all international shipments, the buyer is fully responsible for any:


  • VAT

  • Import duties and tariffs

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Local taxes

  • Handling or administration charges

These fees are imposed by your local authorities and courier and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges

If customs charges, VAT, or duties are refused or unpaid at the time of delivery and the parcel is returned to PLEXICO LIMITED:


  • The order will be treated as a return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any courier return fees, customs penalties, or handling charges will be deducted from any refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply in accordance with our Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection:


  • The order will be treated as a return.
