Returns Policy

PLEXICO LIMITED – Return Policy

At PLEXICO LIMITED, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.

1. General Return Conditions

Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition


  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the protective film intact and all fixings included.

  • Items with the protective film removed are considered non-resalable and cannot be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee


  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • This fee covers handling, inspection, packaging, and re-stocking processes.

Postage Costs


  • Postage and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in cases of damaged items – see Section 4).

2. Refused Deliveries


  • Refusing delivery is treated as a return.

  • If a parcel is refused, rejected, or not collected and is returned to us by the courier:


    The return will be processed under our standard return policy.


    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Return shipping charges (including courier return fees) will be deducted from any refund.


    A 20% restocking fee will still apply.



  • Any customs charges, return handling fees, or courier penalties incurred due to refusal will also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please provide:


  • A valid dispatch confirmation email

  • Your order reference number

Once approved, full return instructions will be provided.

4. International Returns


  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for all international returns.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items from outside the UK.

5. Damaged Items

Notification

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Parts

We are happy to send replacement parts free of charge for any damaged components.

Returning a Damaged Item

If you prefer to return the damaged item instead of receiving replacement parts, we will provide a free return shipping label.

6. Return Processing Time

We aim to process all returns within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once inspected and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
