At Plexico, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve outlined our returns policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that:
- original packaging.
- re-sellable condition, with no signs of - wear or damage.
- original components, accessories, and manuals are included.
- If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to reflect any loss in value due to damage or wear.
Product-Specific Guidelines for LEGO Display Cases
Compatibility
Our display cases are designed specifically for certain LEGO sets. Please verify the size and model before placing an order. If you’re unsure about compatibility, contact our customer care team before purchasing.
Assembly & Returns
If returning a display case, please ensure it is carefully disassembled without causing damage. Items must be returned in their original, unassembled condition.
Protective Film
All display cases and wall mounts come with a protective film to prevent scratches during transit. If you wish to return an item, please ensure the film remains intact, and that the item is free from scratches or marks.
Product Images
Please note that LEGO sets are not included with our display cases. Any LEGO models shown in product images are for illustration purposes only.
Bespoke Custom Display Cases
Our custom-made display cases are tailored to your specific requirements and dimensions. Since these are personalized items, they do not qualify for returns under our standard policy.
According to UK consumer law, personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty. Once an order for a custom-made item is placed, it cannot be canceled as production begins immediately.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@plexico.co.uk with:
- clear description of the issue.
- photos of the damage before assembly.
Timely reporting ensures we can resolve the issue efficiently.
